The Certification of Competency in Business AnalysisTM (CCBA®) designation is a professional certification from International Institute of Business AnalysisTM (IIBA®) for business analysis practitioners who want to be recognized for their expertise and skills by earning formal recognition. CCBA® recipients are recognized for the investment they have already made in their business analysis careers and allows business analysts to demonstrate their ability to take on greater responsibility. The CCBA® exam is based on ''A Guide to the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge''® (''BABOK® Guide'') and is available in English and Japanese. The exam is a computer based test with locations all over the world.
